Elden Selection wines are handled professionally. From the moment they are picked up from the producers’ cellars in Burgundy, they travel in temperature-controlled conditions to our temperature-controlled wine storage facility in Central California.
Standard Ground Shipping
All orders east of the Rocky Mountains are sent on temperature controlled truck. The standard shipping option for all orders is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 3 – 10 business days after the order leaves our Central California wine storage facility.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping, via UPS 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, is available for an additional shipping charge.
Order Tracking
You will be emailed your package tracking information on the evening that it leaves our California facility. Please contact info@eldenselections.com for assistance.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
