It's been a while since I have proposed a great simple Bourgogne Rouge. We drink them all the time here at Cromey. We're lucky that way! These are wines that we call 'everyday drinking Burgundy'.

Pale ruby in color, this is an elegant, delicate expression of Pinot Noir, full of red berry fruit and silky tannins. The limestone adds complexity in the form of fine, chalky tannins.
