The Côte de Nuits is one of the most famous wine-producing regions in Burgundy, known primarily for its exceptional Pinot Noir-based red wines. The Côte de Nuits Villages appellation sits between the grander Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte de Nuits, offering wines with great character and expression at a more accessible price point than some of its higher-status neighbors.

Here is a wine that is immediately accessible, amiable, gleaming with Pinot Noir. Classic cherry and blackcurrant, undergrowth and spice. Gutsy, powerful, full and meaty with fine crunchy tannins.
